1. Reverse Hyper

2. RFESS

3. Sumo DL

4. Calf Raises

5. Back Ext

6. Leg Ext

7. 1 leg RDL

8. Side Bends

9. Goblet squat

Rd 1 (warm-up) = 6 reps

Rd 2 = 10 reps

Rd 3 = 12 reps

Rd 4 = 15 reps

5 Min rest (eyes closed, nasal breathing) between rounds.
