BioMolecular Athlete Refund Policy
At BioMolecular Athlete, we are committed to the success and satisfaction of our community, including trainers, coaches, and athletes. Our refund policy is designed to uphold the integrity of our programs and support those who diligently apply our methods.
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds:
1. Documented Effort and Program Adherence: Refunds are available to customers who have thoroughly followed the purchased program for a minimum of 21 days and can provide documented evidence of their effort without achieving the desired results. This documentation may include:
- Periodic communication with coaches.
- Videos of workouts.
- Completed workout logs.
- Any other demonstrable proof of program adherence.
2. Desired Results Not Achieved: If, after following the program as prescribed and providing necessary documentation, you do not see the expected results, we will issue a refund.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- Immediate Refunds: Refunds will not be considered for requests made within 72 hours of purchase.
- Lack of Proof: Refunds are not available for those who cannot provide evidence of program use and effort.
- Program Misuse: Sharing or pirating programs disqualifies customers from refunds.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
- Health and Physical Issues: Refunds for health reasons require a doctor's or physician's note. Failed physical assessments are also considered.
- Program Exchanges and Multiple Purchases: Refunds are not available for program exchanges, multiple program purchases (2 or more) within a 30-day period, or purchases of our Entire Catalog Package.
- Free Trials and Promotions: Programs obtained through free trials or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
- Holiday Bundles & Packages: We are confident in the value of our promotional bundles and special holiday offers. However, please note that refunds will not be granted if over 50% of any included content—whether consumed, downloaded, or watched—has been accessed. This policy applies to all promotional bundles and special offers (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year’s, 4th of July). By purchasing, you agree to these terms, ensuring fairness and integrity for all our valued customers.
Review Process:
All refund requests not meeting the above criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within a 7-day period. Decisions for a full, partial, or no refund will be made at this time.
This policy is in place to ensure our customers are genuinely benefiting from our programs and making an earnest effort to achieve their fitness, training, or coaching goals. We believe in the effectiveness of our programs and the importance of a committed approach to training.
